To engage the youths of Egbelu Umuhu in meaningful and productive activities that discover hidden talents, build confidence, and create pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.

An Egbelu Umuhu where every young person has the opportunity to develop their talents, pursue meaningful work, and contribute to the growth of the community.
Eligibility
Ages 18–50 years.
Core Objectives
- Discover and develop hidden talents through vocational, digital, and agricultural skills training.
- Build confidence, self-esteem, and leadership ability in young people.
- Promote self-reliance and reduce dependence on others.
- Create pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.
- Reduce youth involvement in crime, violence, and substance abuse through purposeful engagement.
- Encourage discipline, responsibility, and peaceful coexistence.
